Compare the service, complete price and journey before treating a buffet as the best breakfast for your plans.

Wynn: an ordinary 8 AM start has dated exceptions
Wynn’s own buffet guide lists brunch from 8 AM–1 PM and dinner from 1–9 PM. Its restaurant FAQ lists gourmet brunch at $59.99 per person plus tax, with prices subject to holiday and peak-period changes. Priority seating carries a listed $5 per-person fee.
The restaurant page also posts special 1–9 PM hours for October 20–21 and 27–28, 2026. Check those exceptions before planning breakfast around the ordinary morning opening. A general daily timetable does not override a special-date notice.
At the listed ordinary adult price, two brunch admissions total $119.98 before tax. If both guests buy the listed $5 priority option, that adds $10, making $129.98 before tax and any chosen gratuity. Confirm the selected product and how its charges appear at checkout. Priority seating should not be interpreted as an unconditional promise of immediate seating.
Wicked Spoon: keep the current daytime window
The current Wicked Spoon page posts 8:30 AM–1:30 PM hours Monday through Sunday and provides a table-finding option. Use that current window rather than an older breakfast/lunch split or a remembered price.
Check the meal’s actual admission price, included drinks, age categories and any dining-time conditions for your booking. The current public page does not establish a fixed price for every visitor and date. Leave time to reach the restaurant inside the resort as well as to eat.
Bacchanal: confirm brunch rather than applying a dinner offer
Bacchanal’s official page describes brunch dishes such as made-to-order omelets, pancakes and waffles. That menu description is a starting point for checking a brunch booking; it is not a promise of an early opening every day.
The same page advertises a $69.99 Monday–Thursday early-bird dinner with a 2:30–4 PM reservation window. Do not substitute that amount or time for breakfast. Select the actual date and service, then check the party’s complete charge and reservation conditions.
Separate a buffet visit from simply buying breakfast
For a seated meal, compare specific bistro and Hash House branches before 8 AM. Match the exact opening, selected order and time needed to finish; Bouchon Bakery and Bistro also require separate plans.
If you need to eat before 8 AM, use the early-breakfast guide. If your priority is a quick meal with a smaller food allowance, compare breakfast-sandwich menu and checkout costs. Neither task requires buying buffet admission.
At ARIA, Proper Eats describes its current offering as a food hall with breakfast, lunch and dinner options. A food hall is a different purchase format; do not plan an all-you-can-eat breakfast from an old ARIA Buffet recommendation.
Compare the meal and the trip together
A hypothetical complete meal bill of $140 plus a $30 round trip totals $170. A nearby alternative with a complete $150 bill and no additional journey totals $150, or $20 less. These are invented complete totals, not prices for the buffets above. Replace them with your actual party’s quotes, including tax, any service charge, chosen tips and transport.
