March Madness in Las Vegas 2027: Dates, Viewing and Trip Costs

Plan a Las Vegas March Madness trip around the tournament round you want to watch, the actual viewing reservation and the complete stay cost. The next men’s tournament is in 2027; a March 2026 price or watch-party story is not a current offer. Watching a broadcast in Vegas and attending an arena game are different purchases.

Choose the 2027 tournament window first

Elite EightMarch 27–28
Final Four and championshipApril 3 and April 5

Use the NCAA’s 2027 men’s schedule for the selected round. The NCAA’s expanded-format announcement names the initial phase the Opening Round, beginning March 16. Matchups and broadcast times need their own current schedule; use Las Vegas local time when arranging a viewing session.

The men’s Final Four listing places April 3 and 5 at Ford Field in Detroit. The expanded-format announcement separately identifies Las Vegas as a women’s regional host. Select the championship, venue and session before buying an arena ticket; a Vegas bar package does not admit you to those games.

Reserve a viewing product that covers the games

For a bar meal, compare sports-bar broadcast, seating and age conditions. For stadium seating, a private room or a pool-screen setting, use the sportsbook-format and reservation-cost comparison. Choose the experience before comparing a table, seat fee, food minimum or package price.

Beer Park’s current reservation page separates regular tables from game-day packages. Westgate’s Super Select Seating distinguishes AM, noon and PM viewing times. Neither general page by itself confirms an available March 2027 event, a whole-day seat or included food for your party.

Ask whether the particular game will have sound, when the reservation starts and ends, how many people it covers and what happens if a game runs long. Confirm age and ID rules for the whole visit. Do not make a nonrefundable trip depend on an old annual-party name, an undated card or an unconfirmed seating request.

Read the complete quote before comparing value

  • Separate an additional seat or admission fee from a deposit credited to the bill.
  • Identify the eligible food and drinks in a minimum or prepaid package.
  • Include actual tax, service charges and any gratuity already charged.
  • Record the arrival deadline, re-entry, cancellation and no-show terms.
  • Check the current game schedule against every purchased session.

A package is useful if its inclusions replace things your group actually wants. Extra drinks you would not otherwise buy are not an automatic saving. Keep any optional betting budget separate from the cost of watching, eating and travelling.

Build a trip total for the actual party

Hypothetical three-night plan for four adults: $960 in complete group accommodation costs, $480 in viewing reservations, $360 for food not already included and $160 in local transport total $1,960, or $490 each on an equal split. An additional $200 group meal makes it $2,160, or $540 each—$50 more per person.

These are planning allowances, not current hotel rates, event prices or fares. Flights, optional gambling and any other omitted expense remain separate. Do not add required hotel fees twice when already included, or count a refundable authorization as a final expense.

Use the date-and-event crowd planning guide to compare alternative stays, then obtain actual hotel and travel quotes. Choose the room arrangement for four named guests, leave time for the real venue journey and keep the return plan alongside the booking confirmation.

Organizer schedules and operator reservation formats checked October 16, 2026. Tournament dates do not establish a particular Vegas watch-party offer, ticket availability or a citywide price premium.
