Las Vegas Bottomless Brunch: Offers, Prices and What to Check

In Las Vegas, “bottomless brunch” can mean unlimited food, a separate drinks package, or both. Border Grill at Mandalay Bay publishes both components separately. Wicked Spoon and Bardot are useful brunch alternatives, but a brunch listing alone does not establish an unlimited-drinks offer.

Choose the food and setting you want first. Then compare the optional drinks, restrictions and final cost. A package is worthwhile only if its price and conditions fit your plans; there is no need to consume more to justify buying one.

Compare the actual brunch format

Restaurant Published format and schedule Cost or condition to check
Border Grill — Mandalay Bay Unlimited small plates, Saturday–Sunday, 10 a.m.–3 p.m. $46.99 food; optional $31.99 drinks package per person; two-hour conditions
Wicked Spoon — The Cosmopolitan Buffet; official page lists daily hours of 8:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. Admission price for your date and any separately offered beverage package
Bardot Brasserie — ARIA À la carte French-inspired brunch, Friday–Sunday, 9 a.m.–2 p.m. The dishes and drinks you actually order; confirm any claimed unlimited offer directly

How Do Las Vegas Bottomless Brunch Deals Work — Best Options Guide?

Border Grill: food and drinks are two charges

Border Grill’s posted menu lists $46.99 per person for unlimited small plates and $31.99 for bottomless mimosas, micheladas and bloody marys. Together that is $78.98 per person, or $157.96 for two, before applicable tax and gratuity.

The menu states a two-hour limit. Its beverage note says bottomless mimosas expire two hours after purchase and management may limit service to one alcoholic beverage per person until refill. The package is priced per person; do not assume it can be shared.

Ask which drinks qualify, whether every adult at the table must participate and how any separate food timing works. If you only want the food, confirm the food-only reservation and order. A patio preference is also something to discuss with the restaurant, rather than treating a reservation as a guaranteed table assignment.

Wicked Spoon: compare buffet admission separately

Wicked Spoon is a buffet rather than an à la carte restaurant. The official page checked for this update provides its daily hours but does not establish the current price and terms of an unlimited-drinks package.

Get the admission total for your date, then ask what beverages are included and what costs extra. Compare food-only and any offered drinks option as separate choices. Do not carry an old package price into today’s budget.

Bardot: an à la carte alternative

Bardot’s operator lists brunch Friday–Sunday, 9 a.m.–2 p.m. Its currently linked brunch menu lists French Toast at $28 and a French Omelette at $27. Those two dishes total $55 before drinks, additional food, tax and gratuity.

That is a menu-based comparison, not a bottomless package or a complete meal quote. The brunch food menu does not establish an unlimited beverage offer. Check the current drinks menu and reservation terms if that is central to your choice.

Budget the full bill for two

Worked illustration using Border Grill’s listed package prices: if two guests purchase both food and drinks, the subtotal is $157.96. Assuming the entire amount is taxable at 8.375%, no additional mandatory charge, and an illustrative voluntary 20% tip on the pre-tax subtotal, tax is about $13.23 and the tip is about $31.59. The resulting budget is $202.78.

This is our calculation, not a guaranteed checkout total or a required tip. Check any automatic gratuity or service charge before adding more. Nevada’s current county rate listing identifies Clark County’s 8.375% rate. Our dining-budget guide has more examples and assumptions.

Questions to settle before booking

  • Does “bottomless” refer to food, drinks or both?
  • What is the final per-person charge, and is the package optional?
  • When does the time limit start, and which drinks are eligible?
  • Must the whole table buy the same package?
  • What are the reservation, cancellation and large-party terms?
  • Can the restaurant accommodate your dietary needs?
