Las Vegas Bachelorette Party: Activities, Bookings and Group Costs

Plan a Las Vegas bachelorette party around the bride’s preferred experience, the group’s agreed spending limit and bookings everyone actually wants. A spa visit, afternoon tea, private karaoke room or seated show can anchor the day. Choose one main paid activity before collecting money for several expensive upgrades.

Ask about ages, dietary and access requirements, arrival times and optional drinking. Agree whether friends will cover the bride, and use the group-cost allocation and settlement guide to record who attends, who benefits and who pays.

A spa pass and a treatment are different purchases

The Canyon Ranch Las Vegas day-pass page lists public access at $125 Monday–Thursday and $150 Friday–Sunday. For Venetian guests, it lists $100 Monday–Thursday and $150 Friday–Sunday. Those are dated published benchmarks checked October 16, 2026; confirm the chosen booking’s final charges and eligibility.

The operator also describes spa access with service bookings. Ask whether the particular treatment includes the access you want so you do not buy it twice. Confirm available facilities, ages, group arrangements, cancellation deadlines and included service charges or gratuity. A day pass does not reserve simultaneous treatments, a private suite or exclusive use of shared areas.

Keep participation optional where possible. A friend who does not want a treatment should know the agreed cost of joining another part of the day before anyone pays a nonrefundable deposit.

Peacock Alley: tea service has its own calendar

Waldorf Astoria’s Peacock Alley page places the lounge on the 23rd floor. It lists afternoon tea Wednesday–Sunday with seatings at 11 AM, 1 PM and 3 PM; tea service is closed Monday and Tuesday even though general lounge hours are daily.

Check the current menu and actual reservation for your date, including any seasonal experience, dietary arrangements, group seating and complete price. A lounge being open does not establish that afternoon tea is being served. Add the journey and meal duration before reserving an evening show.

Private karaoke or a show

Use the karaoke format and group-cost comparison to distinguish a private KAMU booking from joining a public bar rotation. Match the ages and duration to the actual entry terms, then confirm room hire, qualifying minimum spending, tax, included gratuity and the deposit credit.

For a performance, compare the current first-time Cirque choices, then select the actual date and seats. Choose the production together rather than assuming one style suits every bachelorette group. Book a seat arrangement that meets the party’s needs, and check when the seller confirms the seats and what changes are permitted.

If adding pool seating, request the actual guest eligibility, operating date, capacity and itemized quote. Distinguish a rental fee, a spending minimum and purchases credited toward that minimum. A hotel stay or cabana name does not itself establish every guest’s admission or a quiet pool.

A six-person celebration budget

Hypothetical complete group allocations: $900 for the chosen main activity, $600 dinner, $180 local transport and $120 reserve total $1,800. That is $300 for each of six payers. If five friends cover the bride’s full share, each friend contributes $360. These are invented amounts, not quotes for the venues above, and exclude travel to Las Vegas and accommodation.

If one paying friend cancels and the complete $1,800 commitment cannot be reduced, four remaining payers need $450 each—$90 more than the previous five-payer arrangement. Separate the reserve from committed purchases and confirm provider refunds before changing what everyone owes.

Confirm the day before collecting deposits

  • Agree the main experience, participants, payers and spending ceiling.
  • Obtain the full booking terms, cancellation deadline and essential access or dietary arrangements.
  • Fit the meal and return transport around confirmed times and actual entrances.
  • Keep optional upgrades separate, and decide what happens if someone drops out.
  • Record each expense once and credit deposits toward the final bill where the terms provide for it.
