Las Vegas Seafood Restaurants: Menus, Locations and Costs

Choose a Vegas seafood restaurant by the meal format and the actual order: whole fish at Milos, a seafood-and-steak menu at Joe’s or Mastro’s, or a structured Edomae sushi meal at Kabuto. Check the exact location, portion basis, current menu and booking conditions before deciding what represents value for you.

Official restaurant sources checked October 16, 2026. Market-priced items, seasonal selections and reservation availability can change.

Milos: price the whole fish, not just the displayed rate

The Las Vegas menu lists its fish-market selection by market price per pound, alongside raw-bar choices and separate lunch, pre-theater and midday menus. Ask which menu is available at your seating, which choices carry supplements, and whether the fish is intended to share.

Illustrative weight calculation: a fish weighing 2.4 pounds at an assumed $75 per pound costs $180. Add an assumed $45 of starters and $30 of sides, and the food subtotal is $255 before tax, drinks and gratuity. These assumed figures are not a Milos quote. Get the actual weight, rate and inclusions before agreeing to an order.

Joe’s: use the current branch menu and market card

Joe’s Las Vegas menu includes shrimp cocktail, crab cakes, fish, steaks and separately listed sides. Stone crab and seafood platters need their current portion and market price checked; do not infer a fixed number of claws or a full platter price from an older review. Ask whether the proposed order suits your group before adding extra dishes.

Mastro’s: a dinner setting with specific local rules

The Las Vegas location currently lists dinner daily from 5–10 PM and live music from 6–10 PM, with separate holiday hours. Its location page confirms an indoor dining setting and an upscale dress policy. Review that specific location’s current menu and reservation terms; another Mastro’s branch may have different offers.

Its FAQ says there is no current Las Vegas happy hour and no parking validation. Include the actual parking or transport cost when comparing the outing with another restaurant.

Kabuto: check the course and cancellation policy first

The restaurant lists 5:30 PM and 7:45 PM seatings and an approximately two-hour experience. Its courses centre on raw fish, with no substitutions. Confirm suitability for everyone in the party before reserving, along with the price shown on the current menu and booking selection.

The reservation policy requires a credit-card authorization and cancellation at least one business day ahead to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. Check your booking’s terms and arrival time; a show booking later that evening needs its own travel allowance.

Compare complete meals, not restaurant labels

  • Write down the exact dish, weight or course, and the number of people it serves.
  • Add sides, supplements, drinks, tax, gratuity and applicable charges.
  • Confirm dietary restrictions and whether the restaurant can accommodate them before paying or reserving.
  • Include travel, parking, cancellation conditions and the time available for the meal.

A claim that seafood is flown in daily does not establish every item’s origin, handling or quality. Ask about the particular fish and preparation that interest you. A large tower, a tasting menu and a grilled-fish meal serve different preferences; there is no need to treat the highest price as proof of the best meal.

Use the dinner-for-two calculator examples to build the total. Compare sushi and omakase formats, steakhouses for mixed seafood-and-steak plans and celebrity-chef menus when choosing the style of evening. For a wider off-Strip search, start with the off-Strip restaurant guide.
