These are named options for comparison, not guaranteed monthly deals. A kitchen can be useful only if its equipment and your grocery arrangements suit the meals you intend to prepare. Ask about cookware, refrigeration and laundry rather than treating the word suite as a complete facilities description.
Parking can materially change a longer booking: at Residence Inn’s published $22 daily rate, 28 parking days would be $616 before any applicable parking taxes or a different agreed rate. That is separate from the room quote. Confirm the actual charge for your dates and vehicle.
Check the rental’s space and access, not just its pictures
For an Airbnb or other furnished rental, establish whether you are booking an entire place or shared space, the exact sleeping arrangements, available kitchen and laundry, parking, check-in process and support contact. Compare the full checkout price, including mandatory cleaning, service charges and taxes shown for that reservation.
Airbnb’s monthly-stay cancellation guidance applies a long-term policy to home reservations of 28 nights or more. It says the first payment may be nonrefundable depending on the booking, and cancellation after the trip starts can leave the following month nonrefundable. Read the policy attached to your particular listing and dates. Do not assume that leaving early means paying only for nights already used.
Compare the cost of the whole visit
In this fictional 28-night comparison, each accommodation total already includes its required lodging charges, taxes and any parking you need. Transport and laundry are then added separately:

The rental is $300 cheaper for accommodation but $100 more expensive overall. These are arithmetic examples, not market quotes. Add food, any required deposits and other trip costs separately; a refundable deposit also affects how much money must be available before arrival.
Confirm what happens if plans change
Save the full-stay price and the cancellation, payment and early-departure conditions together. Ask whether shortening a hotel stay changes the rate for nights already used. Do not assume that all properties or monthly offers use the same rule.
