Tournament of Kings: Tickets, Meals, Seating and Visit Planning

Book Tournament of Kings at Excalibur by the actual performance, seats and meal inclusion. A dinner ticket, dinnerless admission and a VIP add-on are different purchases. Decide who is attending and what food or seating arrangements they need before comparing the final party total.

Choose the correct ticket product

ProductWhat to establish
Show with dinnerThe dated performance, assigned seats, included meal and any extras.
Dinnerless admissionThe operator lists an 8:30 PM show-only option sold at the box office, rather than online.
VIP add-onA show ticket is required and sold separately; check the additional product’s inclusions.

Use Excalibur’s current show page and its linked dated ticket purchase. The arena production combines knights, horses and theatrical effects with food eaten by hand. A dinnerless offer does not include that meal, and an add-on does not replace admission.

Confirm the date and timing before making other plans

The page lists 6 PM and 8:30 PM performances when offered, but its regular weekday line and dark-day wording conflict about Wednesdays. Select the actual date and confirm it with the box office. Do not assume two performances every night or use an old seasonal exception as the current calendar.

Save the venue’s arrival instructions and leave time for the full route from your hotel, parking or pickup. An early arrival does not change the seats you purchased or guarantee an upgrade. Ask about accessible seating through the box office when a particular arrangement is required.

Check the current meal and request process

The published meal lists roasted seasoned chicken, lemon-pepper potatoes, corn, an apple square and a dinner roll. Dietary and children’s meals require a request at least four hours before showtime, with availability to confirm. The page says meals are not served to arrivals 30 minutes or more late.

Ask which beverages are included in your selected product and which purchases are additional. Confirm the requested meal directly rather than treating a general accommodation statement as an accepted order. Save the reply if an ingredient or preparation requirement determines whether the dinner works for your party.

Count children’s seats and meals correctly

Excalibur says children age three and younger can attend free on an adult’s lap and share that adult’s meal; ages four and older require a full-price ticket with their own seat and dinner. Apply those conditions to the actual product and ask about your party before assuming a child receives a separate meal or seat.

The operator also describes horses, dust, pyrotechnics, strobe lights, smoke and fog in the arena. Review its complete effects information if those conditions affect your choice, and confirm any needed arrangement with the venue. “All ages” does not answer every individual’s comfort or access question.

Compare the complete family or group bill

Hypothetical party needing four paid dinner tickets: $320 in final tickets, $24 in extra drinks and $26 in transport total $370. If a souvenir purchase adds $30, the total becomes $400. These are illustrative complete amounts, not current ticket prices, menu charges or fares.

For the same four paid places, a dinnerless alternative with $250 in final admission, $100 in a separate meal and the same $26 transport totals $376—$6 more than the $370 dinner plan. The $70 lower ticket bill is outweighed by the separate meal. Compare the food your party actually wants and include any additional journey created by eating elsewhere.

Check taxes, ticket charges, any included service charge and your chosen gratuities once. A deposit credited to the final bill is not another expense. A meal’s inclusion is useful only if the portions, requests and timing suit the people attending.

Decide whether the combined evening fits

The dinner-show comparison distinguishes this kind of admission from a restaurant reservation with live entertainment and a separately purchased show. Use the daily food-budget worksheet when assessing a dinnerless plan against the rest of the day’s meals.

Keep the actual performance, ticket confirmation, meal request and return journey together. Allow time to leave the arena and reach your next stop; a nominal show length or nearby resort name does not establish a fixed exit or travel time.

Excalibur information checked October 16, 2026. Confirm the selected date, ticket, meal and final price; the conflicting weekday text is not treated as a guaranteed schedule.
