Separate points, reward purchase and the final booking
PLAYSTUDIOS’ terms distinguish virtual Loyalty Points from money and let partners set reward restrictions. Buying a reward with points, completing its redemption process and actually using it are separate stages. Availability, deadlines and methods vary; use the selected reward’s current terms rather than a universal 90-day deadline or three-reward rule.
The terms require age 21 or older and MGM Rewards enrollment for MGM reward redemption. Other partners can have their own requirements. Do not assume a companion can use your reward or that two people’s offers can be combined.
Read this checklist before spending points

Keep the complete offer wording with the dates you intend to use. A community post can suggest a question to ask; it cannot confirm your current catalog, personal eligibility or reservation.
Use the publisher’s account and redemption instructions
The official purchase-and-use instructions say to connect the account through Facebook or Apple ID and enter details matching your legal photo ID and, where applicable, MGM Rewards account. They warn that some offers require non-comped nights and that booked or redeemed rewards cannot be refunded.
Read the confirmation email for the specific next steps. Do not treat a reward code as proof that a hotel room or show seat has been booked. Resolve a duplicate-account or name problem through official support rather than creating another account to bypass a restriction.
The publisher’s current account-information notice recommends purchasing through an app’s Reward Store and contacting in-app support for account updates because of a known website issue. Recheck that notice and the app’s instructions when acting.
Compare the cash you would actually spend
Invented example: an equivalent paid meal would cost $50 in total. A reward-based meal leaves $25 to pay, but reaching it creates an extra $18 return journey. Its complete cash cost becomes $43, saving $7 against the meal you otherwise planned.
If you also buy $10 of app extras solely to obtain that reward, the combined cash cost becomes $53: $3 more than the $50 alternative. These are hypothetical complete amounts, not a real offer, points valuation or promise that a purchase unlocks a reward.
For rooms, compare equivalent dates, occupancy and cancellation terms, using the flexible-rate comparison. Count any required paid nights and remaining hotel charges once. Do not spend extra in an app or casino merely to make an unusable benefit available.
