Las Vegas ATV Tours: Operators, Ride Time and Costs

Compare a named Las Vegas ATV tour by actual riding time, rider eligibility and the complete trip from your hotel. A “two-hour tour” can include only one hour on the ATV. Similar operator names also make it essential to check the exact website, product and confirmation.

Las Vegas ATV Tours: check the activity and its separate travel plan

The lvatvtours.com product page lists the single-seater price and age rule above, with equipment, helmets, goggles, gloves and training included. It describes Nellis Dunes riding after a briefing and hands-on orientation.

The operator’s FAQ explains that the two-hour activity includes check-in, fitting equipment, a safety speech and a course around one hour of riding. Closed-toe shoes and photo ID are required. Ask for the starting location and any transport inclusions for the actual product; do not translate an activity duration into a hotel-door-to-hotel-door promise.

The FAQ states that sales are final and that a reservation remains valid for up to one year. The product page separately explains operator weather cancellations and different treatment after departure. Read both policies and clarify how they apply to your booking. Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs cannot ride and are charged in full under the FAQ.

Las Vegas ATVs: its Dunes pickup and return points differ

The Las Vegas Dunes product page describes complimentary round-trip shuttle service, pickup at Mandalay Bay, a briefing and orientation, 60 minutes riding at Nellis Dunes, then drop-off at the Souvenir Outlet, 3961 South Las Vegas Boulevard. It gives an approximate two-hour pickup-to-drop-off duration and says it reconfirms the pickup time and location the day before.

Drivers must be 18+ and show photo ID. Its terms require successfully completing orientation; disqualification for not passing carries no refund. Food is excluded. The page states all sales are final, with store-credit conditions, and lists participation restrictions to review before purchasing.

The operator’s main page advertises this product from $100 plus tax. Confirm the actual date’s rate and pickup details. An included shuttle from a specified meeting point still leaves your journey to that point and home from the return location.

Use the rules for the selected vehicle and rider

A single-seater ATV does not give permission to carry another person. If you want a shared vehicle or to ride with a guide, request the exact side-by-side product, seat allocation, driver requirements and price. Do not transfer one operator’s age rule or passenger policy to another booking.

Tell the provider about your experience and check its participation requirements before paying. For a rider aged 16 or 17 considering the first operator, confirm consent, supervision and any additional conditions directly. A published minimum age is only one part of eligibility.

Keep the ride inside the booked route and follow the guide’s instructions. A desert or “Valley of Fire” marketing label does not authorize riding elsewhere. Nevada State Parks’ Valley of Fire policy prohibits off-road driving and parking.

Calculate the full outing for your party

Two listed $136.74 single-seater admissions total $273.48. A hypothetical $40 combined journey to and from that activity would make $313.48 before any other applicable charges. The $40 is an invented transport allowance, not an operator quote.

At an available $100 starting rate, two admissions to the second operator’s Dunes product would start at $200 plus tax. Add your actual journeys to its meeting and return points and any chosen extras. Compare the confirmed full price, ride duration and terms rather than assuming the lowest headline buys the same outing.

For a group, use the bachelor-party planning guide to agree who participates and pays before collecting deposits. Keep the full excursion in the trip budget. If your group wants a different outdoor format, compare climbing and instruction options or helicopter-tour products on their own terms.

Operator and land-manager information checked October 16, 2026. Listed prices are dated and availability-dependent; the selected booking determines the actual terms. Existing pictures remain and do not establish current terrain, equipment or route conditions.
