Las Vegas F1 2026: Race Schedule, Tickets and Weekend Planning

The 2026 Las Vegas Grand Prix takes place November 19–21, with the Formula 1 race on Saturday, November 21. Choose the ticket’s day, zone and viewing format before booking the hotel. A cheap Thursday ticket, a three-day pass and a hospitality package buy different experiences.

Use the Las Vegas event-calendar and date-planning guide for the wider trip. Race-week access needs its own check even if you are visiting for a different reason.

2026 race schedule: Saturday is race day

DatePublished Formula 1 sessionsTrip-planning implication
Thursday, November 19Practice 1, 4:30–5:30 PM; Practice 2, 8–9 PM.Match the ticket to Thursday rather than assuming a single-day price covers the race.
Friday, November 20Practice 3, 4:30–5:30 PM; qualifying, 8–9 PM.Plan the actual arrival, session and return journey.
Saturday, November 21Race starts at 8 PM.Allow for reaching the assigned entrance, security and the journey after the finish.

The organizer’s 2026 schedule labels all times PST and lists gates opening at 2:30 PM on each of those days. Recheck the live schedule and your ticket instructions before leaving. Sunday, November 22 is not the listed 2026 Formula 1 race date.

Compare tickets by the actual access

The official FAQ distinguishes general admission, grandstand seating and hospitality. It directs ticketholders to zone-specific email information and the F1 Las Vegas app for entrance details. A nearby hotel or a map view of the circuit does not establish admission to a fan zone or a track view from your room.

On October 16, 2026, the official general-admission page advertised T-Mobile single-day tickets from $81 including taxes and fees, and three-day tickets from $809. The page marked Flamingo General Admission sold out. These are dated published listings, not a checked seat reservation; confirm the actual date, availability and final checkout price. The lowest single-day figure is not a Saturday-race quote.

Compare assigned seating with standing-room viewing, the zone’s entertainment, food-and-drink inclusions and any separate afterparty admission. Read the precise package terms rather than assuming all general-admission or hospitality products include the same benefits.

Hotel and transport: work backward from the zone

Locate the ticketed entrance, then compare hotel routes and designated pickups for the times you will travel. Use the organizer’s current circuit-preparation and transportation information and the event app. Check public entrances with the property; loading docks and service roads are not visitor shortcuts.

The A–Z guide describes special Monorail operation from 7 AM November 17 through 3 AM November 23, 2026. Check the current operation and full station-access route rather than applying normal closing hours or promising a short journey. Map the return as carefully as the approach, including any essential step-free route.

Choose a room for the route and features you can confirm, then compare complete stay quotes. A hotel outside the circuit may add different journeys; a hotel inside it still needs a usable entrance. Check luggage storage and departure-day transport separately from the race ticket.

Entry, food and the return plan

The linked A–Z rules permit transparent bags up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches and small non-transparent bags up to 6 × 9 inches. They distinguish permitted empty plastic or silicone drinking containers up to 24 ounces from prohibited hard-sided bottles. Outside-food exceptions have specific conditions; do not pack snacks from an older event guide.

The same rules require scanning out for re-entry and prohibit re-entry after 7 PM each evening. Plan dinner accordingly. Accessible seating is offered through the ticketing process; relocating an unsuitable ticket depends on inventory. Confirm exact seats, companion arrangements and the route with the event team before paying.

Check the forecast and current notices, save your ticket access and route instructions, and agree a meeting point with your party. Budget for meals according to the actual package. Leave a flexible margin after the race instead of assuming an immediate pickup or a fixed exit time.

Price the entire race trip

Hypothetical two-person allocation: $1,600 tickets, $1,000 complete hotel stay, $200 local journeys, $300 meals and $100 reserve totals $3,200, or $1,600 each. These are invented amounts, not current quotes. Replace them with the selected ticket and stay; add flights or driving to Las Vegas, parking and other extras not already included.

Use the hotel fees and card-hold guide to separate expenses from incidental authorizations, and the first-trip arrival and booking checklist to fit the event into the actual stay.

Organizer information checked October 16, 2026. Schedules, access and ticket listings can change; confirm your exact booking and travel-day instructions.
