Off-Strip Happy Hour Food: Menus, Days and Complete Costs

Choose an off-Strip happy-hour food stop by its current menu, eligible day and seating, then add the journey. Honey Salt, downtown Pizza Rock and Herbs & Rye publish different kinds of offer information. A discounted drink, an ordinary lunch menu or an off-Strip address does not establish a food saving.

Honey Salt: the day and seating matter

Honey Salt’s current location and hours page lists happy hour Monday–Friday from 3–6 PM in the bar, lounge and patio. Its menu page provides a separate happy-hour choice.

Confirm the current food list before ordering. This guide does not reuse the earlier invented $7 sliders, $8 flatbreads or daily-until-7-PM claim. A normal dining-room reservation does not by itself establish eligibility for the listed bar-area offer.

Pizza Rock: use the downtown menu and its exceptions

The operator’s locations page distinguishes downtown at 201 N. 3rd Street from its separate Green Valley Ranch branch. The downtown current happy-hour listing says Monday–Thursday 3–6 PM and excludes holidays and special events.

That menu lists a personal cheese pizza at $8 and a three-piece meatball order at $8.50. Together they make a $16.50 menu subtotal before tax, chosen tip, drinks and other applicable charges. Two personal cheese pizzas instead total $16 on the same basis; they are a different order, not proof of identical portions or nutritional value.

The event page’s long calendar date range does not replace the stated weekly hours or promise that these prices remain available until its far-future end date. Check the actual visit and ordering cutoff. Do not add a late-night discount window from an old guide unless the venue confirms it.

Herbs & Rye: selected discounts are not a blanket half-off rule

The current operator menu marks selected discounted items. It prints Cacio e Pepe at $28 / $16 and an 8 oz. Flat Iron at $42 / $24. These show differences of $12 and $18 respectively; neither makes every dish or drink half price.

Confirm the applicable price, service period and seating directly. Check separately priced sauces and sides, and compare the order you actually want. The menu lists the restaurant open Monday–Saturday from 5 PM–3 AM; opening hours alone do not define the discount conditions. For a cocktail-focused outing, use the off-Strip bar location and booking guide.

Test the food saving after the journey

Hypothetical outing: a suitable nearby complete meal costs $30. An off-Strip complete meal costs $24 but creates a $24 return journey, making $48—$18 more overall. The $6 food saving is outweighed by travel. These are invented amounts, not menu prices or fare quotes.

Count only additional travel caused by the meal if another activity already takes you there. Use the dinner-for-two worksheet for the party’s complete bill. Compare the Strip happy-hour days and seating rules when a nearby option would avoid another journey.

Operator menus, locations and offer wording checked October 16, 2026. Reconfirm the actual day, seating and bill. No first-person restaurant visit, fixed fare, food-quality ranking or guaranteed percentage saving is claimed. The original picture remains and does not verify today’s menu or portion.
