Las Vegas Nightclub Table Minimums: Fees and Total Costs

Compare a Las Vegas nightclub table by its complete bill, admitted guest count and seating area—not just the advertised minimum. The minimum and the amount due upfront can both be lower than the final cost. Get the itemized offer for your actual event before splitting it between friends.

For one XS Pool Deck Table offer checked on October 17, 2026, a $1,000 minimum became a $1,421.61 total. The reservation showed $525.30 payable upfront and $896.31 due at the venue. That example makes the difference concrete; it is one dated offer, not a starting-price promise for every Vegas club.

What the table minimum buys

The Wynn Nightlife FAQ describes bottle service as a reserved seating area with a minimum beverage purchase. It describes general admission as standing room. A ticket and a table therefore buy different experiences, even when both get you into the same event.

Ask what purchases count toward the commitment, how many guests the reservation admits and which space is assigned. At XS, the same FAQ says food is not available, so do not count a planned dinner toward this beverage commitment. Confirm how the venue handles orders below the minimum and purchases above it.

A real $1,000 minimum and its listed charges

The following amounts were visible in the official XS booking page for Loud Luxury on December 30, 2026, after expanding Pool Deck Table information. Availability, the table location and the quoted charges can change.

Quoted itemAmount
Minimum spend / subtotal$1,000.00
Venue fee$150.00
Gratuity$150.00
Sales tax$96.31
Processing fee$10.00
Credit card fee$15.30
Listed total$1,421.61
One event and table quote, checked October 17, 2026. The figures are a dated planning example, not a guarantee of later availability.

The added charges total $421.61, making the bill about 42.2% higher than the displayed minimum. The gratuity line is already included in that total. Keep any additional tip or extra purchases separate instead of counting the listed gratuity twice.

For this offer, $525.30 upfront plus the $896.31 venue balance equals $1,421.61. A hypothetical four-way split of the total is about $355.40 per paying guest, before other spending or travel costs. Confirm the admitted party size separately; a division example does not establish table occupancy.

Compare reserved tables, tickets and table-share products

  • Reserved table: compare the location, admitted party size, spending commitment, itemized total and arrival conditions. A pool-deck location and a table near the stage are different offers.
  • Standing admission: compare final ticket prices for everyone, then add the drinks and transport you actually plan to buy. Choose this only if standing admission suits the group; it does not replace a reserved seat.
  • Table share: TAO advertises an All You Can VIP experience with a designated table area, admission and specified bottle-service inclusions. Its page lists pricing from $150 per person with a minimum of four. Four starting-price places multiply to $600, but obtain the selected event’s final total and clarify seating arrangements and charges before comparing it with a private table.

These are different pricing models, not matched offers for December 30. Check the same date and the experience your party wants before choosing. Our nightclub music guide helps you compare the actual event rather than choosing on price alone.

Get the full offer in writing

  • Confirm the event, table area, admitted guest count, arrival deadline and how long the reservation is held.
  • Identify eligible purchases, every mandatory charge, any included gratuity and the treatment of spending below or above the commitment.
  • Record the amount due now, the later balance, accepted payment methods and the applicable cancellation or refund conditions.
  • Agree who will cover the commitment if someone drops out. Use the group-cost guide to record contributions and settle the actual bill.

Wynn’s FAQ also requires the deposit cardholder, valid ID and the card at the event. Check the specific booking’s instructions along with the dress-code guide. A table purchase does not remove admission requirements.

If the complete table bill exceeds the group’s agreed budget, compare a ticket or a clearly documented guest-list offer, or choose another evening activity. Keep the return journey and other spending in your Vegas trip-cost plan.
