Las Vegas LGBTQ+ Nightlife: Clubs, Events and Entry Rules

Choose Las Vegas LGBTQ+ nightlife by the event and setting you want: a nightclub, karaoke, drag performance or community gathering. Piranha and Gipsy publish LGBTQ+ club programming near Paradise Road. The Phoenix hosts events listed by Las Vegas PRIDE on West Sahara Avenue. Check the actual night, entry requirements and complete cost before choosing.

Three places to investigate

Piranha: check the nightclub’s current calendar

Piranha’s official site describes multiple dance floors and drag programming, with doors opening nightly at 10 p.m. It identifies the venue as 21+ and requires valid government ID. Check the date’s performers and ticket conditions rather than expecting the same program every night.

The published policy says covers may apply on weekends, holidays and special events, and that sales are final. It says the 9% Live Entertainment Tax is included in cover charges and online ticket sales. Use the actual checkout and any remaining charges; do not add an already included tax twice or assume an old $10–$20 cover range applies.

Gipsy: nightlife, karaoke and brunch are different outings

Gipsy’s official calendar advertises Thursday–Sunday night programming alongside drag brunch and karaoke events. Its Karaoke Sundays listing gives 8 p.m. doors and free entry. Confirm the chosen date and any special-event conditions; this does not make every Gipsy event free.

Gipsy also requires guests to be 21+ with valid government ID and publishes a final-sales policy. Its cover and online ticket policy includes the 9% Live Entertainment Tax. For a brunch, read the actual ticket’s food, drinks, seating and arrival inclusions separately from nightclub admission. Do not assume a ticket for one program covers another.

The Phoenix: use the organizer’s dated event

Las Vegas PRIDE lists the Official Festival After Party at The Phoenix for October 17, 2026, from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m., with an 11 p.m. show, no cover and 21+ entry. The listed address is 4213 W. Sahara Avenue.

Those are the terms of that event, not a general promise that every Phoenix night has free admission or the same entertainment. For another visit, check the organizer’s Phoenix calendar and the venue’s current announcement. A past Pride flyer should not set the date or price of your future outing.

Match the night to your group

• For dancing: check the advertised DJ or music program, opening time and admission product.
• For a drag performance: distinguish doors from showtime, and check whether seating or a food-and-drink purchase is required.
• For karaoke: confirm that night’s format and signup procedure; open doors do not guarantee a turn to sing.
• For conversation or a community event: check the actual program and space rather than assuming every bar is quiet or every event has the same audience.

LGBTQ+ branding does not establish every guest’s experience or guarantee a particular crowd. Use the event description, venue policies and your group’s preferences when deciding what suits the evening.

Budget for admission, purchases and the return

Compare the full ticket or cover amount, any required minimum, selected food and drinks, applicable remaining taxes or service charges, and transport both ways. Free admission still leaves any purchases you choose. For table or bottle-service bookings, check the minimum, party size, arrival cutoff and what the quoted amount includes.
